Often the complexity of the business or social organisation is felt due to the dynamic intertwined subsets of operational system. Additional aspects like environmental kinesis even mould it more complex. For business smooth operation, modelling a complex system is often difficult due to dependencies, spontaneity, and oscillating yet adaptive behaviour. However, many times such complex system has to reorganise and reorient its dynamism to become self-sustainable. Chaos is a close related concept to it indicating that a delta change in the initial conditions can bring out randomness, even with deterministic laws. Thus, with same underlying principles with minor initial variation can bring out drastic change in outcomes. However, interestingly many rational organisations intuitively try to avoid such path and complexity and wish to take decisions on hard data provided by the environmental system. Abrogating the decision unpredictability is the desired outcome that should be based on simple rules or heuristics.

This conference seeks to understand the behaviour of business and social organisations with reference to their strategies and models for a long and sustainable survival especially in human resource operations.

All the participants have to submit the abstracts latest by 20th April,2023. Upon confirmation of acceptance they will be intimated to register by paying the required fees.

All the potential paper presenters have to do registration by paying a non-refundable fee Rs 1,500 (Rupees One thousand five hundred only). Fees include conference kit, working lunch and snacks.

Followed by online registration the presenters have to send their full paper latest by 06th May, 2023. Full papers must be submitted through conference email ids only. Please refer to the paper submission guidelines mentioned above.

E-Certificate of participation will be given to all registered participants. Separate printed certificate will be given to paper presenters and invited speakers.
