The event aimed to understand the HR challenges and opportunities in the industry, emphasizing the need for talented resources to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge for organizations.

Chief Guests: Mr. Dinesh A.U, Chairman NIPM Karnataka Chapter, Karnataka, and Mr. Senappa Gowda, Hon-Secretary, NIPM Karnataka Chapter, graced the occasion and shared invaluable wisdom.

Keynote Address: Mr. Dinesh A.U emphasized the importance of experiential knowledge, highlighting the significance of one-to-one connections in HR. Mr. Senappa Gowda inspired us to take charge of our own leadership journey and set ambitious goals.

Director's Insight: Dr. Srinidhi K Parthasarathi, Director of NSB Bangalore, shared motivating thoughts and introduced the Johari window system, encouraging personal and professional growth.

With 280 MBA students and 10 faculty members in attendance, the seminar was a resounding success, fostering a deeper understanding of HR dynamics.
