Empowering Minds: Yukti-HR Inter-College Debate Competition at NSB Academy!

We are delighted to share the success of our recent event, Yukti-HR Inter-College Debate Competition, held at NSB Academy Seminar Hall, Bangalore. The competition witnessed spirited debates, insightful discussions, and intellectual exchange among participants from 13 prestigious institutions across Karnataka.

Inaugural Ceremony: The event kicked off with a warm inaugural ceremony, graced by esteemed guests, including Prof. K. V. Raghaviah, Chairman - Governing Council, and Prof. D. R. Nagaraj, Member - Governing Council. Their wisdom set the tone for the engaging debates that followed.

Preliminary Rounds: Participants tackled the topic "Work from Office (WFO) or Work from Home (WFH)" with enthusiasm, addressing challenges like collaboration, innovation, work-life balance, and more.

Grand Finale: The final round explored the theme "Digitalisation of HR will help us align with Industry 5.0," delving into the intersection of HR and technology. Participants showcased profound insights on human-centric approaches, sustainability, and the role of digitalization in HR.

Valedictory Ceremony: Welingkar Institute of Management emerged victorious, demonstrating exceptional debating skills. CMS B School secured the runner-up position. Our best debater, Samveg, was also recognized for outstanding performance.
